FSG is a successful ten year old company started and owned by four senior software engineers.  We are privately held and growing.  We are not for sale and we aren't going out of business.  We are not a "dot com" company.  We have extremely conservative financial business practices that keep the company on a steady course and allow the company to share its success with our employees.

We are not a body shop.  We are professional software developers.  FSG is a prime contractor.  We take on entire software engineering projects from beginning to end delivering a total solution to our customers.  We are in this position because our customers trust our ability to build their most critical systems on time, on budget and on track with their requirements.

Because all of our engineers are senior people, we trust them to manage their schedules and work independently with other senior professionals to develop software within self directed timelines.  Most FSG engineers do the majority of their work from their homes.  We think you should be productive during those hours you would ordinarily  be behind the wheel of car in a daily commute.  As a result, our offices are mostly conference rooms and integration areas.

The work is hard, but rewarding.  Our people are talented and part of a team.  We are looking for more people like us.
